1. Select a Product

Browse our collection and select the embroidery type that best suits your needs. Whether it’s a portrait, initials, pet embroidery, or home decor piece, we have something for everyone.

✔️ Choose any personalization options (size, extras, etc.)

2. Place Your Order

Once you’ve chosen your embroidery, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

✔️ Enter your shipping address for delivery
✔️ Securely complete your payment
✔️ Receive an order confirmation via email

3. Send Us Photos & Details

After placing your order, email us at threadzbykota@gmail.com with:

📸 Your reference photo(s) – 1-3 clear images for portrait
✏️ Any customization requests – Name, date, message, or extra details
📍 Order confirmation number – To match your email with your order

4. Review & Approve the design

We’ll create a digital SVG preview of your embroidery design and send it to you for review. This ensures that you’re happy with the layout before we begin stitching.

✔️ Review the design preview
✔️ Request minor adjustments if needed
✔️ Sign off on the final SV

🚨 Important: Once you approve the SVG, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

5. We Start the Embroidery

Once approved, our artisans will begin stitching your embroidery piece. This process takes 7-14 days, depending on complexity.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Once your piece is completed, we will carefully package and ship it to your provided address.

📦 Delivery Timelines:

  • UK Orders: 3-5 business days

  • International Orders: Shipping time varies by location
